At Loafer Craft, each pair is carefully handled from our workshop in Spain to ensure quality, precision, and reliable delivery. Shipping times and conditions vary depending on whether the product is Ready-to-Wear or Made-to-Order.
Ready-to-Wear
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: 4–5 business days (once dispatched)
Orders are prepared and shipped shortly after confirmation from our workshop in Spain.
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and provide available options, including estimated restock timing or a full refund where applicable.
Made-to-Order
Craftsmanship lead time: 4–6 weeks
Delivery time: 4–5 business days (once completed and dispatched)
Each Made-to-Order pair is individually crafted upon request, reflecting our commitment to artisanal shoemaking and precise fit, including half sizes and width options.
Once production is complete, each pair is carefully inspected and dispatched from our workshop in Spain.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over €100 within the European Union.
A flat shipping fee of €15 applies to orders to selected European countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, and is added automatically at checkout.
All applicable taxes and customs duties for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by the destination country upon import.
