At Loafer Craft, each pair is created with a focus on craftsmanship, precision, and enduring quality. Our returns policy reflects both the artisanal nature of our products and your rights under applicable EU consumer law.
Ready-to-Wear
You may return Ready-to-Wear items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused, in impeccable condition
- Returned with all original packaging and contents
- Free from any signs of wear, creasing, or damage
How to initiate a return:
Please contact us at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns to Spain:
- Items must be returned to our workshop in Spain
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Loafer Craft cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
Once received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Made-to-Order
Our Made-to-Order pieces are individually crafted upon request, reflecting a more personalised and deliberate production process. This includes size-specific production, such as half sizes and extended width options, tailored to each order.
As such, returns and refunds are not accepted for Made-to-Order items.
This policy is in line with EU regulations, under which customised or made-to-order goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Exceptions — Exchange Only
An exchange will be offered exclusively in the event of:
- A verified manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item supplied
In such cases, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs and a description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Additional Information
- Loafer Craft reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes (where applicable) are non-refundable
