2. Products & Orders

All products offered by Loafer Craft are either:

  • Ready-to-Wear (RTW): Pre-made items available for immediate dispatch
  • Made-to-Order (MTO): Individually crafted upon request, including size-specific production such as half sizes and width options

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required under EU law.

Payment must be completed at checkout via the available payment methods. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping Policy

At Loafer Craft, each pair is carefully handled from our workshop in Spain to ensure quality, precision, and reliable delivery.

Ready-to-Wear

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 4–5 business days (once dispatched)

In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and provide available options, including estimated restock timing or a full refund where applicable.

Made-to-Order

  • Craftsmanship lead time: 4–6 weeks
  • Delivery time: 4–5 business days (once completed and dispatched)

Each pair is crafted individually and dispatched following final inspection.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard delivery on orders over €100 within the European Union
  • €15 flat shipping fee to non-EU European countries (UK, Switzerland, Norway), added at checkout

All applicable taxes and customs duties for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information

  • Orders are dispatched from Spain
  • We do not ship to island territories or remote regions within Europe
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

5. Refunds & Returns

Ready-to-Wear

You may return RTW items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In perfect condition

Returns must be requested via email at hello@loafercraft.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Made-to-Order

Made-to-Order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are customised and produced on demand.

This is in accordance with EU consumer law, under which customised goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions (Exchange Only)

Exchanges are offered only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item delivered

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and designs, is the property of Loafer Craft and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loafer Craft shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services or customs authorities
  • Loss or damage resulting from improper use of products
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website
